She said, “Make Something Sexy” or “MSS” for short, definitely a lightning in a bottle mix for me and for others.
I was so proud of this mix that I actually handed it to both Odesza and JMSN when I DJ’d for them. In all honestly, it was probably this mix that allowed for the opportunities to DJ for some of the acts I’ve played with. I also played MSS for Sweater Beats and Different Sleep at a after party (yeah I’m that person who play’s their own music but in my defense Sweater Beats did ask me to put on something I made). I still get people coming up and telling me how they came across this mix, how it made them felt or how it’s still in their rotation, so yes, definitely lightning in a bottle.
